INTERNAL SALES AGENT  – CAPE TOWN

Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:30pm
Market related salary. Experience dependent.

Responsibilities Requirements
– Accurately receiving of Customers’ orders via telephone, fax, email and web
– Accurately capturing of orders for warehouse picking
– Liaising with customers with regards to new product opportunities
– Speedily resolving any potential customer issues
– Liaising with Stock Controllers/Buyers for special inventory requirements
– Assisting External Sales Agents with growth of customer base
– Perform all administration required for the position
– Maintaining a well organised and accurate filing system
– Assist with ad-hoc admin duties as and when required
– Fluent in English (written, verbal & read)
– Knowledge of premium food products essential
– Ability to operate a computer with proper email etiquette
– Problem solving abilities
– Reliable & trustworthy
– Excellent customer relations skills
– Ability to work under pressure
– Ability to work within a team
– Well groomed with sober habits
– Sales experience advantageous

 


 

JUNIOR STOCK CONTROLLER/BUYER – CAPE TOWN

Responsibilities Requirements
– Ordering of Inventory
– Overseeing & confirming inventory received
– Measure & evaluate inventory activity levels for re-ordering purposes
– Maintain inventory at agreed minimum/maximum levels
– Ensuring inventory availability is in line with sales requirements
– Ensuring regular inventory stock takes and reporting on discrepancies
– Ensuring that all inventory invoices are delivered to Finance Dept. timeously
– Ensuring all inventory documentation is updated and corresponds with requirements
– Perform all administration required for the position
– Maintaining a well organised and accurate filing system
– Assist with ad-hoc admin duties as and when required
– Fluent in English (written, verbal & read)
– Ability to operate a computer with proper email etiquette
– Problem solving abilities
– Reliable & trustworthy
– Excellent customer relations skills
