Sautéed Truffled Mushrooms

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
250g sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 teaspoon Sabatino Tartufi White Truffle Oil
Chives for garnish

Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add mushrooms and sauté until brown and liquid evaporates, about 5 minutes.
Add minced shallots and sauté for an additional 3 minutes.
Season with salt.
Turn off heat.
Drizzle White Truffle Oil and toss to coat.
Transfer to a plate, garnish with chives if desire, and serve.
